International, District 23 and Area Events

Zonta International has sound governance and communication processes and values input from members.  The organisation runs on a biennium that starts and finishes with the Zonta International Convention that is held in the middle of even-numbered years.

The District 23 Conference is held biennially in the odd-numbered years.

Area Workshops are held annually and involve all the clubs in a particular area.  They are a great way to meet members from other clubs and exchange ideas.

Members are encouraged to attend as many workshops, conferences and conventions as they can as it is by participating in these events that they can learn more about the organisation and experience the ‘internationalism’ of Zonta International.
